If i bred a yellow recessive pied to a light green spangled and got a blue spangled the hen would be split blue right? As her dad was blue and her mom was lutino. I dont know the spangles parents.

Both parents would have to be split for blue for their offspring's phenotype to be blue. As a recessive trait, one of each of this blue babies' sets of grandparents must have been blue, or she would just have had a 25% chance at being split for blue.
